About Denise Nelson
As a mother of three grown up children, I am committed to the same character-traits that all home buyers and sellers tend to value above all else - trust, honesty, integrity, friendliness and an ability to communicate.

But that's where I come in. My job is to smooth things out, attend to the background detail and acquire the result you're after in quick-time with a minimum of fuss.
My plan is typically a simple one: First I'll meet with you to discuss your real estate needs and goals, before working with you to create a suitable marketing plan that aligns with your timeframe and budget.
If you're selling I'll then execute the sales process, reaching out to all corners of the market to ensure wide exposure and awareness. My ultimate goal is to achieve the best price for your asset.
On the other hand, if you're buying, I'll know your criteria and budget, and I'll do my utmost to get you the dream home or best investment for your money.
I'm confident because we're living in a city that is among the country's fastest-growing, and most dynamic. There is action everywhere and opportunities are plentiful.
Hamilton has been home to me for more than 10 years. Prior to being involved in property sales, I worked at another fantastic Hamilton-based company, Perry Group, and before that I lived and worked in Palmerston North. I grew up on a dairy farm, before owning a sheep and beef property with my husband for 10 years in nearby Wairarapa.
I also have a good degree of business experience, gained through ownership of a successful earthmoving and cartage operation along with my husband.
In my spare time I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy mountain biking, cooking, and travelling.
Building relationships through collaboration and follow-up is how I like to conduct my business, and you'll find this is a proven formula for me that I'll stick with.
